Zippered Pouch Approx 11 x 7 x 3" (protect zipper when pressing and do not put under heat plate. 

sublimate 375 - 60-75 seconds Use Light to Medium Pressure and Use a pressing pillow between the layers for even pressure and to avoid any melting. You also want to leave the bottom colored portion of the bag outside of the heat press!
