You sublimate the back and the image shows through (Do not reverse image when printing).

Recommended 375 Degrees for 60 Seconds! Remove Film on both sides. Place image on white side showing through. When it comes off the the heat press it will be slightly floppy so immediately put on a flat surface and place something heavy on top to ensure it cools completely flat. Once cooled you can add the pin to hold it in either a horizontal or vertical position for display!
