375 - 60 seconds - USE the included sheet under the patch when sublimating to ensure it doesn’t stick to what’s below. You can then peel off that sheet and press the patch directly on the hat or stocking for 30 seconds to adhere it with the adhesive on the back or you can just use e6000 or similar!
