Unisub Sublimation MDF Comes in Single or Double Sided. Sticks are attached. The whole thigs is able to be sublimated. Comes as a pack of 3 with one of each shape shown. 

To Sublimate - remove film, Sublimate At 380 for 60 seconds Let cool completely, If ordering double sided then Repeat for other side. 

Sublimation Area is Approx 4x6 to 5x7.5 + the stick which is 6" Long
